Workshop on Risk Communication about rare and severe events

On May 18th-19th 2022 we hold the second workshop of our Varieties of Risk Project. The focus will be to engage with impact stake holders on themes concering risk communication of rare and sever events, such as avalanches or severe weather. The workshop will bring together a multi-disciplinary group of academics and professionals from the Scottish Avalanche Information Service, as well as the MetOffice.

The conference will be be in person at the University of Stirling (and there are unfortunately limited places avalaible.)
